Return and Exchange Policy
All returns must be made within 15 days after the Product shipment date. All returned Products must be unused (e.g., not worn, washed, damaged, or altered) in original condition and packaging for a complete refund. Please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment for all returns.
You are solely responsible for the cost of shipping & handling the returned Product. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded or credited to your account, and we may handle or dispose of those products as we see fit in our sole discretion.
Purchase transactions become final 15 days after date of delivery.
No returns will be accepted at Swanky Kids Boutique beyond the return policy of fifteen (15) days. Please be sure to account for shipping time when sending return.
Please allow 7-10 business days from the time you ship your package for your return to be processed. We'll email you to confirm that it's complete. You can also contact us at email@example.com at any time should you need further assistance.
We cannot guarantee product availability for exchanges and we do not put items on hold. The safest practice is to enter a new order for the items you would like, and send back the original items for credit.
The fifteen (15) day return policy holds true for returns as well.
New shipping charges will be incurred for your new order.
